Director’s Message

It is an honor to serve as the new Executive Director of WACOG. I am proud to lead an organization that has strengthened communities across Western Arizona for more than 50 years.

Every day, WACOG makes a meaningful difference, from empowering children and families through early education, to supporting older adults in living with dignity and independence, to providing vital services that promote housing stability and family well-being. This work reflects the heart of our mission: Strengthening Communities, Empowering People.  

I am deeply grateful to Brian Babiars for his decades of dedicated leadership, and to our staff, partners, committees, and Executive Board whose guidance and commitment position WACOG for continued success.

As we look ahead, we will build on this strong foundation, respond to evolving community needs, and strengthen the systems that help individuals and families thrive. Together, we will carry this mission forward and shape the next chapter of service in our regions.
