September is Falls Prevention Month. We will be holding seminars throughout the month in Mohave, LaPaz, and Yuma counties.
Every 11 seconds, an older adult is seen in an emergency room for a fall related injury. As many falls are preventable, we would like to help provide you with some safety tips to help you stay safer in your home. Our first seminar will be held at the Kathryn Heidenreich Senior Center in Kingman on September 8th at 1pm. Only a few days left to help WACOG Head Start kids get new books for the new school year! 📚
Through August 24, the dd’s DISCOUNTS at 500 W. Catalina Drive in Yuma is collecting donations at checkout to support WACOG Head Start.
Your donation = books for kids! Every dollar raised helps provide new books to our Head Start children through @firstbookorg, helping put books directly into the hands of local kids as they head back to school. Stop by, help out, inspire readers!
